These terms govern the purchase of the DPP Gap Analysis Report from this site. Please read them before paying — buying the report means accepting them.

What you are buying
The DPP Gap Analysis Report is a digital document generated from the answers you give in the compliance scanner. It is produced automatically for your specific answers and is not resold or reused.
- Your readiness score across all assessed regulatory domains
- Every gap identified, ordered by regulatory urgency
- A concrete recommended action for each gap, with responsible department and effort estimate
- A 90-day implementation roadmap
- A PDF referenced throughout to ESPR Regulation (EU) 2024/1781
- Access to an online dashboard with the same content
Delivery
Delivery is immediate. As soon as the payment is confirmed, the report is generated, emailed to the address you provide, and made available in your dashboard. If it has not arrived within one hour, contact us and we will send it directly.
Right of withdrawal, and why you waive it
Under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately once you have given express prior consent and acknowledged that you lose that right.
That is what the checkbox at checkout is for. You are not asked to waive anything else, and the waiver applies only to this immediate delivery. If you prefer to keep your withdrawal right, do not tick the box and do not complete the purchase — contact us instead and we will arrange delivery after the 14-day period.
Refunds
The waiver above removes the automatic 14-day right, not your statutory rights, and it does not make the sale final regardless of what happens.
- If the report is never delivered, you get a full refund.
- If the report is technically faulty — corrupted file, missing sections, wrong company — tell us and we will fix it or refund you in full.
- If you were charged twice, the duplicate is refunded in full.
- If you simply changed your mind after receiving the report, we are not obliged to refund, but write to us and we will look at it.
What the report is, and is not
The report is guidance based on the answers you provide and on published EU regulation. It is not legal advice, it is not a certification, and it does not guarantee that any authority will find your product compliant. Decisions about your compliance remain yours.
We do not verify the accuracy of the answers you enter. A report built on inaccurate answers will reach inaccurate conclusions.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly with Stripe and never reach our servers. We store only the payment reference.
Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the seller's country of establishment, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
